PGTV, Polk Government Television, can be seen on Brighthouse channel 622, Verizon channel 20 and Comcast channel 5.

Board of County Commissioners meetings are broadcast live every other Wednesday at 9 a.m., rebroadcast that same night at 7 p.m. and the Saturday after the meeting at 9 a.m.

Campaign Says Rubio's Father Dead at 83
Mario Rubio, father of Republican candidate for Senate Marco Rubio, died Saturday night in Baptist Hospital in Miami, according to his campaign. He was 83 and had emphysema and lung cancer for years.
